NGI Advisor Dave Ruple accepts award for Grand Bay NERR

One of NGI's Advisory Board members, Dave Ruple, was recently in the news after Grand Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR) where he is manager was presented with the Outstanding Research Partner Award by the University of South Alabama Faculty Senate. The Grand Bay NERR and Weeks Bay NERR were jointly nominated and selected to receive the prestigious award.
